At my last UK neuro appt I took out my CBD oil to show him and he immediately smiled and said that he had seen a lot that morning - so its definitely popular. There is a discussion on the parkinson's UK forum

I use it and it helps with the tremor but does not stop it. For some PwPs it clearly works really well. The one I use is 2.75% from H&B; the forum discussion suggests 5% is a better concentration but it is not obvious why that should be (surely just up the number of drops ...)

I just attended a seminar on CBD oil and PD. Right now the jury is out since there cannot and have not been any studies done on efficacy, safety or dosages. There are over 400 varieties of cannabis available and without testing no one knows which one really works.

A member of the audience has tried CBD oil for his pain and he said that it did not work that well and that the slight benefit was not worth the cost.

Whatever you decide, please discuss it with your doctor first.
