I did not find it helpful. This was 3 years ago so may have improved...but had to contact company twice due to breakage and need for replacement. They did replace it reluctantly but in the end, I found it not worth the hassle and disruption.

Yes $189 for both sidesThere is also a sleep model with towelling type wrist bands to dampen the vibrations

The sleep model has a 30 min timer which is ok as you reset every 30 mins
