$5.28 for 30 pills, 0.25 mg with GoodRx membership. I have found GoodRx offers substantial discounts.

I was on Mirapex for three years and had a very bad reaction. Mirapex is addictive (search DAWS) and has some nasty side effects (search online: Mirapex side effects). For me the side effects didn’t show up for a couple of years and by then I was addicted. It took a very unpleasant full year for me to kick the habit. I think it is fair to ask: What is the problem we are trying to solve? Is it worth the risks?

Yes, in addition to the addiction and impulse control disorders these medications also commonly cause orthostatic hypotension

My father went on a dopamine agonist, can't remember which one, and sat there in a a zombie-like daze and was wasting away so his DA therapy quickly ended.
