neck swelling?

I have developed neck swelling on both sides above my collar bone. Internist did exam said it wasn't lymph gland and ordered up ultrasound and xray..nothing abnormal. Technician said that ultrasound finding was just that the right side muscle was larger than left side and thought because my tremor is more active on the right that it may be more buff! Or could it be from my new posture? slouching? anyone else out there with this issue?

In 2006 to my amazement I noticed swelling on both sides in the clavicle region. My left side was a lot worse then my right side. Again to my amazement few times it went down and it came back. I also have been trying to find out what it is, still have no idea. And as you say it was not l y m p h related. I was diagnosed in 2014 with Parkinson's so I had that for a while before. Searching the internet some people have it and they have not been able to find out what it is either. The last couple years it is back to normal the swelling has gone away. Mary

thanks Mary, freakish and ugly swelling but i feel better now!
