Hello MB ~ How long ago did you have it done?

When I watched a video from OHSU they said you could only have one side done. Glad to hear that both sides can be done.

I had the right side done 3/10/20 & the left side 4/13/21 in Switzerland.

You may not beleave this but a handfull scoop of potatochips hellps me every time. Ont knov why, it just does. Maybe its the Carbos giving rewards och potassium or tryptophane in potatoes. Dont care!! ijust works. Maybe its Pawlovs dogs reaktion??

 Carpediadem Sometimes the wierdest things help. During the initial years after diagnosis, I found amazing relief with basil and pesto. I have a feeling that it's all in my head sometimes - literally and figuratively.🤨
