REALLY!? " Sleep Disturbances May Worsen Motor Symptoms in Parkinson’s Disease, Study Suggests"
Lets have fun posting research topics that any one of us could have foretold the conclusion of.
Here's one I've actually seen! "Parkinson's sufferers who cannot sleep at night more likely to need naps in the daytime." (not verbatim but you get the idea)
All I could think when I read about that study was, duh!
Awesome study I learnt soooo much that wasn't blinding obvious. Or is it just to make us all laugh. Is my sarcasm level appropriate!!
Ha ha. I saw the article too, a few days ago, but after a very bad night's sleep, lacked the motor skills and motivation to post something steeped with sufficient irony. As you say we could have lots of fun posting about articles that state the obvious- perhaps we can offer a notional award for the most DUH article? Thank- you Buzz!!.
I'm starting a crowdfunding initiative to study whether falling increases the risk of injury to Parkinson's patients. Once I have raised 1 million dollars I will publish my groundbreaking conclusion. The absurdity of some of these studies amazes me and the money was on them is criminal.
another new government study finds that women who carry a little extra weight live longer then the men who mentioned it.
