One dose relieves my symptoms for 3 to 4 hours.

I find a few puffs -- four or five -- does the trick. I never thought to time the results, but my offhand guess is a couple hours.

MM. I have tried some CBD products before (see my YouTube channel for reviews), but generally feel that cannabis gives me better relief.
