Thank you Ian. What do you think about CBD oil? I am going to try that, but, I don't know how to start.

Most CBD oils are too weak to have much of an effect. I did try a CBD oil of 70% and it did have a beneficial effect, but not as good as when there is some THC in the mix. Try it - there's nothing to lose.

I agree. Cbd mix with THC indica strain is most relaxing to me or just THC indica. Cbd alone does nothing for me.

Northern Lights is the strain I find most beneficial, and it is one of the most popular strains used for medicinal purposes.

Your video prompted me to start cbd/ thc - 12.4/12.75mgs respectively. .075ml x 3 times a day.
