Does anyone take Artane ?

I was just started on Artane. Tell me what to expect.

yup, started a month ago. i take 1 mg/day, sometimes 1 mg 2x/day if i feel like i need more coverage. the dr prescribed me to do the above for 1 week, then increase to 2mg 2x/day, but i am a conservative... I will gradually get to that dose if i feel i need more coverage. I don't take any other meds, just supplements, but definitely needed tremor relief. The dose i am currently taking makes the tiniest difference, but its relief nonetheless, knowing i can always increase dosages...

I havent noticed any side effects.

HI,alcv i have,been taking artane, [bebzexhol] another name ,from past ten years ,a professor in neurology advised me via mail,this tablet half mg i take 3 times a day it stops my drooling problem and also helps reduce tremors which i have since past ten years ,since past two years i started taking sinmet cr simetryl b complex omega3 sinmet 50mg i have to take this medications to keep me moving and doing things which are comfortable in doing while suffering from this horrible disease .artane also may keep mouth dry so have to dring more water than usual.aHope this may give you some hint.
