I am new to this website, and would appreciate any help on how to reduce my anxiety, and the feeling that my body is almost always tingling all over! I wish I could say that I feel good! Instead it intensifies my tremors and hits me hard even when I am not anxious!. Also, does anyone smoke or ingest pot to reduce anxiety, tingling and tremors?

Your 'tingling all over' do you have peripheral neuropathy?
I think I might have neuropathy. If its not one thing its another! I have an appt. on Friday with my neurologist and will discuss it then. Thanks for the info on the theanine. I will try it! Thank you!
I find disprin helped a lot with the tingling feeling. It is horrible feeling.
Many people seem to use pot to help with various symptons and especially to help them sleep. For me it just made me shake more and I don't usually shake much at all! Perhaps it was the fear I was breaking our antiquated laws!!
Sometimes, I find valerian helps with internal tremors. I use the liquid extract from Nature's Answer
I use Bach Flower Remedy for anxiety, which I do experience, although seldom. I use "Aspen", 2-3 drops in a glass of water, sipping thru the day- it slows that anxiety right the hek down... So much that sometimes I need to nap! But when I wake, I feel balanced again. Bach Flower Remedies address emotions> When I lived in Switzerland 20 years ago, I witnessed the gentle but sure benefits of Bach Remedies. Look into the emotions addressed by each of the tinctures to see what best suits you. Theres no medication interaction precautions- You can also combine remedies, although I don't need to. Hope this helps-
I can relate to that indescribable feeling. We use the words tingle and numbness and jittery and burning but they are not exactly accurate. The word has not been created to describe the feeling. What did the neurologist say when you talked the him/her about it?
hi, my neurologist said that because it is a tingling feeling all over and not concentrated in my extremities, she thinks it is due to my very high anxiety level, and not peripheral neuropathy. She suggested I increase my klonopin 0.5 mg twice a day to three times a day if I need to reduce the feeling. It seems to be working
