What pain killers do people take for muscle stiffness? I get it bad in my back and neck.Not sure what I'm allowed to take apart from paracetamol, which dose not help.

I take Emergen C due to having pain & stiffness in my thighs and groin and it helps a lot. RoyProp didn't find any relief from using it, but Stevie3 did. It's worth a try? It takes about 3-4 weeks before seeing a big difference. Also I just found out a couple of months ago that 100% Black Cherry Juice helps arthritis, which I have in my neck. I tried it and it works for my neck. It only took about a week or less to feel a difference and you only need an ounce or two in the morning and I also drink it before bedtime. Someone on this site recommended taking it to help you sleep and I found that I am sleeping better after taking it at bedtime.

You can get it at a grocery store, drug store or Amazon. It has 1, 000 mg. vit C, some B vitamins, magnesium and electrolytes. Let me know in a month or less if it helps.

you know this reminds me of my little juicing book by a dr walker, I lent it and lost it but it was a reference with recipies for various ailments written by an old codger way back even then. I was amazed at the science of that day.
