Digestion

Whenever I eat something, I feel stuffed very quickly.

It is as if the food stayes in the upper part of my stomach,

The only solution I can think of is to eat smaller portions of food more often.

Any other suggestions will be gratefully accepted;)

Love and blessings from Eva G.

Yes Little and often seems best. Sometime I think I might have just swallowed the meal and forgotten to chew it properly.

Where are those lovely flowers? Glorious colours.

Dear Rose;

Thank you.

I get all my pictures from google.

So small meals, well chewed, it is.

Love, Eva

Cosmos...the lovely flowers... and so easy to grow from seed and then they self- seed for the following year.

Thanks Adele - I'll see if I can get seed and give it a go.

(Achieving that stunning blue sky may take longer!)

You could try sipping some warm water and take tiny bites especially with chicken or bread.

Stimulating the stomach acid is done automatically with chewing. so If your stomach is slow to digest you can support it with being sure to chew your food for even longer. This mix with saliva is also the start of the digestive process. Don't drink water before or right after your food, as that will dilute the natural stomach acid and slow digestion.

Constipation may be the problem, If yesterday's stuff is still there, your body is not going to like new additions. I eat 2 or 3 prunes every morning makes going easy. Out with the old before the new, also makes you feel better and your meds absorb better...

Same constipation keeps your medicine from being absorbed properly and at the right time.   I eat all bran cereal after it soaks in coconut or almond milk for 20 or longer minutes.  Also consider magnesium, prunes for additional help.  I also use Linzz  if my medicine takes too long to start working.
