Yes only 3 mg

Stiffness is the Parkinsons. If you have reduced neupro recently more likely due to that.

Simenent has worked well for me i had some swelling of my ankles for a while but it went away don't know if it was the Simenent. I have been on it in some form for 14 months. (11 months using 25/100 tablets, rytary for 3 months). I now take it 5 times a day.

The key for me has been water! I'm getting much better results with the Sinemet if I can take on an empty stomach with 2 tall glasses of water.

Taking Sinemet restored some of the flex/extension movement in my effected ankle. Confusing that it worsened or caused that Parkinson's symptom when you took it. Sounds like the opposite of "therapy". Contact the prescribing MD.
