You can see that there is a clear association of PD and Desulfovibrio bacterial strains, but if you eradicate those strains, there are other bacteria that still show association such as this :

I just find it very hard to believe that it is just one bacteria that affects PD, given the billions of bacteria in the gut microbiome.
