I just started this yesterday. Think it is going to be great. For Parkinson's only. If you have access, I think you would benefit greatly. I will let you know how it goes. Definitely a new family!

great
do it as often as you can and full out it will do you wonders
try yo add in some weight training it will make stronger an better able to cope
i do crossfit 4 to 6 times a week
what is your age
it helps to put things in prospective
post your results as you improve
