I've been taking Calm magnesium. You just mix a couple of teaspoons into any drink. I don't know if it has helped but I've been deficient in a lot of vitamins and minerals. The acupuncturist also recommended it.

I have just started taking over the counter Magnesium tablets and so far can report a good result!
