Anudhir... Any type of a rash could be a serious reaction to a new medication.

Get it checked ASAP.

I agree -- see doc. Never happened to me or anyone I know. Sweating some people get. Maybe it's coincidence.

Hi Anudhir,

I had`skin rush`problem with sinement all over my body until last week.

I actually stop using sinement right now and start using natural herbal kind treatment.

My PD condition is better ! I feel much better without `nausea' and rush.

I noticed that there are many other ways getting better without depending common medicines.

* check ` natural treatment remedies ' on line.

Hi Anudhir. I am not a doctor, I am a Pd patient. I never took Azilect but I did take Eldepryl for 10 years, which is a similar type of medication. Did the rash only come after you started with the Sinemet? If so. I would suggest that you stop taking the Sinemet. Sinemet does not do anything to slow down the progression of Pd, it merely temporarily hides a couple of the symptoms. You lose nothing by stopping the Sinemet, especially in the early stages. What symptoms do you suffer from most?
