From my own experience, I have seen that regular exercise and having garlic pill / raw garlic helps to keep back pain away.

Please do not stop your other medications.

Please let know your result.

Regards

I have always used lots of garlic and fresh herbs in cooking.

I would be cautious about using too much raw Garlic mind you. It may keep Vampires away, but what few friends I have I dont want them to desert me. Cullpepper the famous Apothacary warned againt the use of too much garlic.

I once saw an old cure for a cold putting garlic in the socks at night when you go to bed

The next morning my feet were so sore, I could not walk, but I forgot about having a cold.
