Sudden Nut Allergy

I recently had two nut allergy episodes, once from almond milk and once from a tiny treat with pecans. I had mouth burning, tongue and neck swelling, that I have never had before. I got a blood test for food and nut allergies that came back negative. I am on methotrexate, prednisone and folic acid. Has anyone had this experience? Thanks in advance for any help. Be good! Penny
