Hi my son has recently been diagnosed with IBD and has neck pain can he use tylemol Thankyou

Tylenol is perfectly fine to use with IBD, it's Ibuprofen/Advil that should be avoided as it can cause inflammation.

Hi, tyelnol is safe. It’s the NSAID meds (ibuprofen) that are not good for IBD. I take extra strength Tylenol for headaches and PMS related pains. Best wishes.
