Stomach pain again dark stools and mucus. Scared could be bowel or colon cancer. Sorry for photo. Help please feels like not emptyed bowels after I've been aswell

I would check this out with your doctor. Have you've had any tests or are you taking supplements xxx

No haven't been too doctors. All what's going on u can only do phone consultation. Its not black now. Normal colour just go a lot to toilet and pain still in bowel after been. Don't feel like emptyed bowels.
