Humira / Imraldi

Hi, has anyone stopped responding to Humira/Imraldi ? I’m being told it’s now only 50% effective. USTEKINUMAB is being considered.

Has anyone had any negative response issues with Humira/Imraldi ? And any views / feedback on USTEKINUMAB.

Reply fo Humira/Imraldi

Hi I am new in here, so i just wish this reply going to the right place.

I have AS, now 15 years I was on Humira in a last 4 or 5 years. It was took time for building up and start making effect, but was very useful, only sometimes i used naproxen with it on my worse days. Now they changed it for Imraldi, and i find it much less effective. With humira sometimes i forgot the next injection and took it like 2-3 day later, because i felt good. with imraldi it is never happening, it feels like it is gone from my bidy at least 4 days before. I also experiencing: i think its a flare, or i dont know, but i dont have fever however i wake up every night at least twice because i sweating like a siberian hard working prostitute in hawaii. In general For me Imraldi does not prove itself half as useful as Humira.

Hello, I would suggest Stelara or Entyvio. They are newer and better than humeira and remicade. I had an uncle who took humira and it never worked. I took remicade and it never worked. I've had Entyvio and it was working but it's an IV infusion every be I often and I always have trouble with people finding a vein. I've just started Stelara and so far so good.

Hi there Humira didn't work for me but it's worked wonders for my Brother who has Crohns too. I have recently started Ustekinumab not showing any results as yet, I hope you find a solution soon🙏

Ustekinumab (Stelara) has been working for me as well as my mother we both have Crohns. Vendolizimab (Entyvio) is also good and worked for me. I switched to Stelara recently only because Entyvio is IV infusions and my veins are very hard to find.
