I have been thinking about cutting out dairy to see if it helps my tummy. I have had Crohns for 12 years and have recently gone through a nasty flare up.
It is relatively under control now but still have off days so was wondering if a change to my diet will help things.
Has anyone with Crohns done this before and does it help?
Thank you

Ive tried dairy free, lactose free, gluten free etc but for me its high saturated fats and fibre thats my food enemies. Its worth trying tho as others find dairy free helps their symptoms just others find a gluten free helps them.
There is no specific diet that works for everyone unfortunately
I am better off without milk, although hard cheese OK, however I have had problems with milk since I was born, long before Crohn's. My worst problems are high fibre and citrus fruit.
