hi I went to toilet no stool only this what is the white blobs weird I'm not on my period so definitely from behind

The white blobs look like mucous. Do you have an IBD? If so you could be in a flare up and if not then you need to see your doctor to get it checked out.

With that much fresh bleeding you need to be checked asap.

I have Crohn’s disease and that white stuff is mucus, it usually comes out if you’re having some sort of flare up in your colon/bowls.

I’d advise that you see a doctor as soon as possible. Don’t wait for it to go away on its own, because it might get worse.
