My bones and Crohn’s

Do you guys ever feel like going to a chiropractor and getting your bones cracked ? I know Crohn’s messes with your joints. It kind of feels like someone poured cement on my back and arms, they’re so stiff !

When I was working with the Crohn's I did use a Chiropractor, had a problem neck anyway and felt bad down all of spine. After an initial treatment blitz I went every 4 to 6 weeks as it seemed to maintain my ability to work without too much pain. She taught me very useful simple neck exercises and we also found a way for me to brace my neck in a way that allowed me to continue to handle patients and lift some of their equipment, without the neck "going" and leaving me with pain and dizzyness. It did cost a bit, but felt it kept me earning money!!. Now I can no longer work, I still benefit from what she taught me, when vacuuming/washing my hair and other painful activities.
