Strange noises and vibrations

Hi can anyone tell me if they've ever had like grumbling noises and vibration sensation coming from bottom. It's very strange and a little worrying. Swear I hope it's not diarrhoea starting as I cant cope with it. It's like making loud noises that I usually hear from my tummy
