Sorry to be so long getting back to you .... still no results .... have to wait until Monday (my son actually thinks this is good news as perhaps something is actually growing in the culture!)
The diarrhoea has slowed and although trotting off more than usual ... it's not several times an hour any more .....
High calprotectin, but no symptoms?
Repeating Colonoscopy after normal results? 
Sigmoidoscopy with no sedation 
Waiting for biopsy report.
On steroids still not well.
