I wouldn't waste my money. If Crohns or colitis could be treated or cured by diet alone then thousands of pounds wouldn't be spent on medications. I agree some diets help if you have intolerances to certain food groups, and during bad times lower fibre and more easily digestible foods are better. if you look into it this gentleman says he can cure AIDS, cancers etc. Any diet that does not include artificial things and is not processed is good for you. so just eat sensibly
