Gel innersoles........

If, like me, you can't quite stretch to £60/£80/£100 plus for decent pair of running shoes, I would definitely recommend a pair of these Gel Innersoles.

I run in cheap(ish) shoes that I've had for a while and would love to invest in a pair or "proper" running shoes but it's not an option for me at the moment.

So I tried these:

What a difference!

Lower back pain: Gone!

Slight pain in my Achilles: Gone!

Shin pain (a big one for me): Gone!

I couldn't believe it. Instant difference!

I'll still save for a decent pair of running shoes but in the meantime I highly recommend these as a stop gap.

Six quid well spent!

I totally agree I got some from Lidl really cheaply as my shoes were 20quid from sports direct! It really makes a difference. Well done on the running!!
