5x50 Questions - Help please!!

Well, I might be being a bit dim here BUT yesterday I registered for the 5x50 challenge, set up my account and haven't yet paid a registration fee. When I go to my account this morning it thanks me for paying a registration fee... how is this possible when I didn't even get my purse out my bag?!!

Also, how do I measure KM if I am doing an exercise class? Tonight I will be doing 45mins of zumba and 45 mins of Kettlebells so how many KM should I put in?

I think, if I remember correctly, that once you have created an account you then have to log into it where you will see an option to join the challenge. I would think it is at this point you pay the registration fee. Maybe it's a generic message that is sent but I can't actually remember at what point I paid as it was a while ago. If that doesn't work and if nobody on here can help then you will need to contact them I think; we don't want you being left out!!

Thanks Sue, it seems to have let me join the team and register my activities so I'm not sure whats happening. I assume that this means I've joined the challenge?

I'll give it a couple of days and see if anything goes out my bank account then if not query it with them.

You appear on the team but there is no activity recorded for you. Also, if you look at others, where it say "my challenges" it is showing the 2013 one but for you there is nothing showing... very strange!

Well I have absolutely no idea what is going on with it, so I have emailed the contact on the website to see if he can help me!

I hope my activity eventually shows or I can do retrospective input!!

Yes you can go back and input past activity, just hope they can sort it for you; I'm sure they will!

Also, regarding the kms to log they told us it was 5 kms for each 30 mins exercise class so enter it as two lots of 5k.

Yes I was a bit confused when I registered but if you click (I think it's) join the challenge as SBG356 says you are then asked to donate/pay

That's just not happening for me, so like I said to Sue I'll give it a couple of days and see what occurs..... very strange....
