Have hardly done any running lately due to various problems but doing a bit in the gym to try to maintain fitness. I thought I'd try a 5k this morning and it took ages to get out the door - those gremlins kept telling me I wouldn't be able to do it. Did it in 35 minutes which I was really pleased with. I have the RunBalmoral 5k in a few weeks so that time shouldn't be too embarrassing?

I'm thinking of limiting my runs to maybe a couple a week and continue with the gym work. Don't want to aggravate my problems. Have signed up for the 5x50 challenge so doing a mix of walking, gym and running should help.

It's a good feeling to be back.

Happy Easter everyone.
