So 7 weeks ago I was puffing and panting to walk 3 km....now look at me (and all of us of course as we are doing this together).

Most of you UK guys (thats Australian for women and men) are trudging through the snow by the looks of the news so I feel very lucky to have run around the lake in a mild 24 degrees in brilliant sunshine. Hope the bad weather isn't stopping your enthusiasm.

Who let that Aussie on here to torment us with 24C and sunshine!! :) Only joking of course, we have quite a number of Australians on here as you may well soon find out after your blog.

Well done on getting to week 7, your nearly finished the program so wishing you all the best for your graduation, send us a lovely photograph of your lake some time, it would be good to see your home stomping ground.

Oh welcome :-) I envy your sunshine, I've just ran my w8r1 (again) in the freezing cold! When I finished I couldn't talk my jaw had become so numb! Roll on the sping,

Lovely little lambs are out though x
