to lacing up the old faithfuls. I thought I would be OK to go out yesterday but still slight pain in quad, so no way am I risking it. Can go up steps now without pain or taking one at a time!Have been doing squats, lunges, knee dips and been on here more than usual! This is turning out to be the longest 9 weeks ever, in fact the challenge now is getting round the park and running for 30 minutes, the weeks have become unimportant!!

My next blog will be a run!!!!

;)

I'll be waiting to read it but you're right not to push it.

Good luck for when you go out. Gently does it! :)

Thanks both, feels like my knee is going to give out. Just ran on the spot, not quite right yet.

You're doing the right thing, Susie - it will be even longer if you go out before you're ready. Easy to say, I know, but the roads will still be out there when your knee is better. All the best for your next run,

Annie
