My last run on Monday was horrible and I really didn't want to do W7 R2 tonight. Thanks to all who replied with words of wisdom and encouragement I gave it a go and it was a breeze in comparison! Feel so much happier tonight - I may become a runner after all :-)

Brilliantly done to go out and do it anyway - sometimes it's the only way! Week 7 and 8 can seem a long haul, and rather relentless, but sometimes it just all falls into place. Keep it up you wonderful runner! :) Graduation is in your grasp!
