After 18 weeks of slogging away at this programme, through injury set backs and work and family life just generally getting in the way, I can't believe I am about to enter my graduation week.
Hopefully, by this time next week I will FINALLY be able to call myself a C25k graduate

Thank you Fingalo. I have done the dreaded w5r3 twice now on my c25k journey - it is a huge milestone in the programme and the sense of achievement from completing it successfully is immense. Good luck for next week
My longer term goal is to enter the Great Yorkshire Run (10k) which is at the end of Sept. in the short term though, I want to consolidate the 5k as I am still a fair few minutes from running it in 30 mins. I do need to thoroughly investigate the different 'post grad' podcasts available as I am currently very confused by them all!
