I completed week 1 last week without too much trouble, but then I caught the dreaded man flu! I had 4 days off running while trying to get better and went out for w2r1 on wednesday but I really struggled and didnt manage to run for 90s on a few occasions. I tried again today and still struggled. Still need to go out for a third run this week but should I do an extra week 2 until I can manage it ok or push through to week 3?
