So I'm actually really enjoying running. On W4 and thinking about entering a park run, or a 5km - wondering whether there was anyone local to me who wanted to do it together?

Good evening runningnewbie,

I am baseed in Epping - going to try the Gunpowder mill in a few weeks time. You are Ilford they have one in Valentines park could also get to that one. I have only just graduated and still quite slow but improving weekly.
