I am totally distraught - I completed the programme last year and then had an injury and stopped running until September. I went to download week 5 and found that it is no longer available. Can anyone shed any light on this. If I can't get Laura back can anyone recommend an equally good couch to 5k podcast.

The podcasts are still available on the NHS Choices webpage and you can download each week individually at nhs.uk/LiveWell/c25k/Pages/...
