3,000 members and climbing

Just a quick note to say that last week the community topped the 3,000 members mark and is already well on its way to 4,000. Welcome to everyone who has recently joined and good luck with the programme. Out of the 3,119 of you there are 451 graduates however I suspect that more of you have actually completed the programme and have been a bit shy asking for your badge.

So if you've done week 9 run 3, send me a message and I'll give you a graduate badge. It may take a few days as I'm slightly up to my eyeballs at the moment, but I will get round to it I promise. :-) The badge also allows you to post in the Couch to 5k+ blogs area.

Happy running!

John

One more thing, if you've got any ideas for the poll post them here or send me a message. The current one has been up way too long & I need to replace it.

The only poll idea I can think of is which colour graduate top to buy - considering I changed my mind about 500 times and I'm still not sure I got the right one in the end, a majority vote might help! ;-) (or maybe I should just get another one)

Of course one is not enough! You need at least one on and one in the wash! I've got my eye on the sky blue one with white writing for my next self treat!

I love the sky blue, but I think the ladies ones are too short for me, so I got a small men's and they only do the medium blue which I'm not too keen on - really want the red, but it so clashes with the pink bits on my shoes. Maybe I need some new shoes as well? ;-)

How about Why did you start C25k? or for graduates What was the thing that most helped you keep on to the end? So many people give up exercise, myself included, many times, but this is definitely the thing that I have stuck to best! :-)
