....and not in a good way.

I set my alarm for 6am, but snoozed until 6.30am which wasn't a good start. I hastily got dressed and headed out, only to find today I'd under-dressed as it was freezing! I couldn't wait for the first run just to get a bit warmer. Most of my body did warm up, but my arms were really cold throughout. Note to self: wear long sleeves in future!
The first 2 runs were OK, but I struggled with the second two. Just as Laura popped up to talk about stitches - guess what....I got a stitch! My first one of the programme. I was sure we got more than 2.5 minutes walking after the 2nd 3 minute run, but sadly not. I struggled with the final 5 minute run, and was about to give up (another first) just as Laura told me to slow down. I feel disappointed, however I got out and about so that counts for something. Also I've read loads of inspiring words on here saying that you have bad days, and to just keep going.
I did smile however when Laura suggested slowing down if I was flagging (which I was!) The only problem with this is that I'm not sure I can go much slower!
