I completed W4R3 yesterday morning, it was tough but I did it after an extremely tiring week at work. My husband will be going away on business next Sunday for a week so I will probably only be able to run on the Tues and a day at the weekend of that week due to work and childcare commitments.
I will be able to run 3 times next week so will hopefully complete W5 but unsure what to do for the best the following week? Any advice would be welcome. Cheers in advance

It's great that you're thinking ahead and if you put the two runs in your diary you'll be fine.
My husband works away most weeks and with work and childcare to think of, it is just a matter of sticking to the running plan I put in place which fits around everything.
I agree. I was worried about moving on from W4 too, I'd found it very tough but I did and W5 was actually a bit easier.
I'm at W7 now and I'm finding two days better between runs at the moment, the old knees need a bit longer to recover from the longer runs, so your week with just 2 runs might be exactly what you want/need.
