Is this normal

hi all

I have done week 3 run 2 I left to do ,but I have had to have two days between each run because my muscle between the side of the ankle hurts when I flex my foot and is tender to touch on both legs but is gose no further up my leg and is on the out side dose any one know what this is

I will do the last run in weel 3 tomorrow but just a bit worried

Sounds like your tendons are starting to object to either:

a) you're running too fast

b) not enough support from your trainers when your foot lands and rolls in or out (pronation)

Be nice to your feet and give them at least 5 days rest to recover
