Well my life on couch to five k is .....interesting - there I was W5R2 plodding on the treadmill with to young chaps either side of me ...well it gave me encourgment when a wardrobe malfunction occured involving a sports bra my left "puppy" escaped! I was trying to cover modesty discreetly whilst trying to slow down the treadmill ....do you think any one noticed?? tonight I will be returning to said gym well my laughter muscles have had a run for their money. Tonight W5R3 with a new bra !!!
