I've had to wait a week to say - I've graduated Whooooooo!!!!!!

With only one run to go I was struck down last week with a virus and felt awful all week. Considered going out yesterday but decided to give myself one more day. Armed with a tissues tucking in my bra I set off to conquer my final challenge.

For those just starting or on the earlier weeks keep going, its very addictive and you do start to think of yourself as being a proper runner.

But most of all enjoy ........

Congratulations! I can imagine the disappointment when you got ill.. I'm much earlier on the programme but already chomping at the bit to get the next run done every time. Very wise to wait until you felt a bit better though, and now you've graduated...bet it feels great
