I believe I have graduated. I have never graduated in anything in my life. But I have followed Laura without deviation for 9 weeks and today I completed my 3rd 30 minute run (although I haven't quite managed 5km yet). This is SUCH an achievement for me, as I have really never run before because "I can't"...... But obviously I can and if I can do it, please take heart that anyone can - so if you are struggling to move through the stages or have hit a plateau, just keep going, even if (like I still feel) you really don't like it!!
