Week9 run 3 - boom. I've never been a natural runner (still aren't) but here I am second time around, graduating! Thanks to everyone who posts on here whose helped and inspired me. I started this programme to get me back on track after a really difficult couple of years which started with me being seriously ill after my appendix burst, followed by massive infection and lung collapsing. My lovely dad lost his battle with cancer, oh and then there's a pandemic. This is not a pity party but to help inspire others, no matter what you face, you can get there. Its not been easy (lock down weight hasn't helped) but this is the first step to finding me again and a healthier happier future. Good luck to all you others who have you own battles, you can do this. I feel a touch emosh now!

Congratulations, double graduate!
You deserve to be emotional ... You have had a very tough time and now you have a little something that is all for you.... The skill of running and it is a skill ! Well done to you . I think you coping with all the bad things in life will inspire others who may read this and have there own battles at present.. Happy running and thank you for sharing.
Congratulations. 👏👏👏 Well done you! 🥳
You are a human being, therefore you are a natural runner. Never talk yourself into not believing that. Long slow running is what the human body evolved to do!
Congratulations on your graduation. It feels wonderful, doesn’t it?!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😊
You have inspired me! Congratulations on getting there for a second time. Enjoy your wonderful achievement. 😁👍👏👏👏👏👏🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️👍
Congratulations, PJRunner! It sounds like you’ve never lacked stamina to begin with. Well done, you’re an inspiration to us following behind!
Woohoo! Congratulations!
That's really inspiring, and you have done amazingly through an awful lot of hardship. I'm not a natural runner either (and a fat girl), and you've given me hope!
Well done!!!! That's great. Great inspiration to the rest of us x
Oh well done you! That’s brilliant 🤩. Not surprised you’re a bit emosh - you’ve had an awful lot to deal with, and you sound so upbeat and positive. Yay PJRunner! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
