Dumb question week 9?

This is probably a dumb question but week 9 there is only the on run. To complete this and graduate ( I know its only for me but I want to finish it properly) is it three runs of 30 mins or one?

do the week 9 run three times. The same applies to weeks 7 and 8. Week 7 is 25 minutes of running and they should be repeated 3 times and week 8 is 28 minutes, also repeated 3 times.
