Just a quickie, I went away last Friday and last run was last Thursday. I'm now home again but have the worst sore tHroat and it's so hot to run inside (treadmill) without feeling ill. How long can I leave without a good run, I really want to get out but don't want to make myself feel any worse than I already do? Any advice, I'm fairly not 100%

you can safely leave off running until you are recovered if you were at graduate level before you stopped because that means you were quite fit and will recover fitness quickly. When you do return to it, just run slowly for the same amount of time as you were running before, even if you don't make the distance you had previously been making, and your body will be fine. As a rule, the fitter you were before illness, the quicker you will recover that level of fitness after a break. Hope you feel better soon. :)
