Hi, just wondering how you keep your ipods dry running in the rain? I'm just about to start!

Plastic bag.

There are bespoke waterproof covers on Amazon etc but not much use for you today.

I wondered that on Monday. I just wrapped my mp3 player in a plastic bag then put it back in its armband. Not perfect but it did the job.

I wrapped mine in a sandwich bag (one of the ones with a sticky top rather than the slider closing things, they are much thinner plastic) and put it in my pocket. Worked well and i could still use all the controls through the bag.

thank you very much -you just saved me some money on amazon! I've been looking at waterproof armband things but none of them seem to be waterproof according to the reviews. Pocket and a plastic bag for me I think!

I hate running in my running jacket as, even in the winter, I get sooo hot, but will take it if I think it might rain. I also have used clingfilm over my walkman as you can still get to all the dials & it doesnt effect how it works.

Got a waterproof bag in Poundland for £1. Has built in connections for your headphones and also a strap so you can hang it round your neck - I usually wear it under my t-shirt, or just pop it in a pocket. Can usually work my ipod touch through the bag.
