oh no i'm so bored cant go running

done my back in yesterday at work, thats me running out of action for a few weeks. this is so going to pee me off , I will have to start again grrrrrr

How have you hurt your back and how long do you think you'll be off running ?

And how p***ed off are you with the grockles ! ? !

Hey Gypsy , we are just bk form holiday today been camping in a tourer at Cornwall. Fantastic time but every morning I kept seeing poeple goign for their runs and I got really grrrrrr as I wanted to go. Hurt my back at work sprained it , it takes a while to heal but the main pain has eased now so i am going to start slowly go for a little short run this week and see how it goes. Been doing a lot of swimming and body boarding on hols which has really helped to keep it moving . I'll let you know about the grockles this week when we out and about at home lol . How are they down your way? Thanks for thinking of me xx
